All are welcome to help get YCamp ready for another amazing season! After a long winter, there are many jobs to be done and many hands make light work! If you can rake, sweep, garden, wipe, paint, lift, or carry, we’ve got a job for you!
Open House: Sunday May 31, 12:00pm - 3:00pm
This is a great opportunity for campers to see where they will be sleeping, eating meals, and participating in activities this summer. Tours of camp will depart every 30 minutes, making their way throughout camp and answering questions as they go.
Tuesday Tour and Tastes: Tuesdays during the summer.
Join us for a walking tour followed by lunch with our campers in the picnic grove or dining hall (weather dependent). Every Tuesday June 23 - August 4, from 11-1:30. Register HERE.
YCamp Supper Club: Legends, Lore, & Legacy: Tuesday August 18. Activities at 5 o'clock and Dinner at 6:30 pm.
Every camper knows that the best stories aren't told from a stage—they’re shared over a meal, whispered in a bunk, or told around the glowing embers of a fire.
This isn’t your typical banquet. YCamp alum, Karl Schatz, and his wife Margaret Hathaway, (also current YCamp parents), will bring their Community Plate tradition to camp for a family-style meal where the main course is connection, and the side dish is our shared history.
Tickets $65 per person until June 30, 2026. Then $75 each. Register HERE for early tickets.
Looking for story tellers! Do you have a YCamp story you want to share? Karl and his team will help you get it ready for sharing during the dinner. We want to hear about the time (these are idea to get you thinking, there are literally thousands of stories to share):
- The moment you knew you made a lifelong friend
- The counselor who made you see yourself more clearly, gave you advice, or showed exceptional kindness
- An unlikley friendship that bloomed at YCamp
- How you turned a potential “very bad day” into a favorite memory (you know, it’s funny, now)
- Something new you learned to do and continue to do now
- How time at camp was different from home, did new experiences, people, responsibilities lead to a “new you?"
