Infirmary

At the Infirmary, you can find our professionally trained Doctors, Nurses, or EMTs. They are happy to help you with your scheduled meds, to find medicine for a headache, or to get a new toothbrush! 

You will need to complete the Health History and Parent Authorization forms before June 1. The Immunization and Physician's Exam need a medical professional's signature dated after June 2025. These also have a June 1 deadline. 

Meds Schedule

Check-In

If your Camper has prescribed or scheduled meds, the on Check-in Day, you will stop by the Infirmary. You will meet the Staff there, and they will collect your Campers meds. 

During Camp

Your Camper will be able to receive their meds at meals, and at bedtime. The Infirmary Staff will bring the necessary meds to each meal, where your Camper can take their meds. Campers will also have time to get their meds at bedtime, after evening program. If your child needs their meds at a different time than mentioned above, talk with the Infirmary Staff during Check-In, and they will be happy to work with you. 

Check-Out

On Check-Out day, The Infirmary staff will be sitting out by the road. You will need to see them on your way out to collect your Campers medications. Your child cannot collect their own meds, you need to be the one to do it.
